Differentiated Project-Based Learning
in a Standards-Based Age!
Written by Phil Schlemmer, M.Ed.,
and Dori Schlemmer.
Students must know more than how to take tests. Transforming students into confident, self-directed learners re-quires differentiated instruction and project-based learning. This resource presents dozens of strategies for differentiation (flexible grouping, choice boards, tiered assignments & more) and a range of fully developed content-focused projects, each modeling one or more strategies. Projects are aligned with standards in the areas of English/language arts, math, social studies, and science. The included CD-ROM (for PC and Macintosh) features all of the reproducible student forms from the book. Grades 6–12.
