Shipping Charges: Online Orders Placed within the Contiguous U.S.
 • Online orders $99 and over paid by CREDIT CARD or through PayPAL will be shipped freight free.
 • Online orders under $99 will be shipped at a flat rate of $7.00.

Shipping Charges: Purchase Orders and Online Orders Outside the Contiguous U.S.
 • For purchase orders up to $79.99, add $7.99. (Outside the United States call for options.)
• For purchase orders of $80.00 and up, add 10% of your subtotal. (Outside the United States call for options.)
• For orders $1,000.00 or more, call for a quotation on shipping charges.
